Orders will be processed and available for collection within 24 hours. They will be held for collection from our Welcome Centre, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for 5 working days. The Silverstone Welcome Centre is situated next to our Main Gate.

£4.99 - Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days)

£8.99 - Express Delivery (Next Working Day When Placed Before 2pm)* 

Express Orders - please order before 12pm for next day delivery. If ordering on a Friday after 12pm, your order will be dispatched on the Monday. We are unable to guarantee next day delivery over the weekend period.  

European Union

You have up to 30 days from the day of purchase to return your goods to us for an exchange or refund from the day that you receive the goods in the post

We do not charge any additional costs to resend your goods back to you if you decide to exchange for another item. 

Please note we do not exchange or refund, underwear, DVD's (if security tag has been broken) earrings or personalised products.

Please return your products in a new and resalable condition, to include all packaging and tags to:

Please include a note advising if you wish to exchange the item or require a refund. Please also include a contact telephone number as we may need to contact you for card information related to the return.


You may return any item within 30 days of receiving the item in the original condition (including packaging and tags) for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

  1. DVDs, videos, PC & video games, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned are faulty.

  2. We are unable to refund or exchange an item once it has been personalised to your order. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty.

All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.


If your item is defective, faulty or incorrect please contact us prior to returning it at and we will advise how to proceed with the issue.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.


If you return your full order due to sizing issues or you have changed your mind, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the initial delivery charge.

If the items are faulty we will refund the cost of the order plus the initial delivery charge and the cost to return the item to us (up to £6.95) 

We will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

We will process the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
